“We understand that many of us will be anxious about the impact of COVID-19. Your wellbeing is of the utmost importance and there are plenty of initiatives help you stay healthy and well, both physically and mentally. 

There are plenty of other resources available online to support health and wellbeing, such as NHS's Every Mind Matters and from the Mental Health Foundation. We encourage you to share with your family and friends.”
