Experienced dog groomer required

to join a fresh, exciting new dog shop in Walthamstow

£10-£12 an hour

• Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Applicant would ideally be available 4-5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday).

Requirements

• You have expertise and knowledge in all aspects of grooming to breed standards with at least 1 year's experience. 
• You are experienced in all aspects of dog grooming, trends, styles, through to hand stripping.
• Experience in retail is beneficial.
• You are responsible for delivering a quality service, exceeding customer expectations.
• You will be hungry to develop the business in a proactive way.
  

Other

• Minimum of 1 year's experience ideally having an industry qualification or in-house training.
• Confidence in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner. Grooming to breed standards including hand stripping.
• Excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis
• Maintaining the salon presentation and high levels of cleanliness.
